8th grade computer class
Submitted By lbolton - 2/11/2007 10:38 pm

8th grade is very busy. They are presently working on an Excel project in which they researched 11 players from the top 20  on their choice of  a professional football team. They needed to find out the hometown of their 11 players. We are now making this into a chart and into some graphs to show the percentage of players from different states/countries. They will also add another students numbers for another team and we will make a graph to compare the numbers and states of 2 different teams. The last part is to combine all the teams that have been chosen and the numbers for each state and make a graph to see which states have the highest percentages and the lowest percentages of professional football players.

6th grade computer class info.
Submitted By lbolton - 11/29/2005 9:18 am
Hi everyone! I was very upset that the 6th grade Thanksgiving Dinner projects did not get home for the holiday. Unfortunately on Monday the equipment was down in Colesville and we could not print out the projects. You should see them coming home this week. On Monday, December 5, 2005, the 6th grade will have a sharing day during class time. If the student and parent want to they can take a recipe from the project that the student choose and make it and bring it in to share with the class. This is NOT mandatory or a requirement. We thought that it would be neat to try some of the recipes the students researched. THANK YOU!!
